Please understand that as I work independently and have other commitments, I am not always able to respond immediately. Given sufficient notice, I can make alternative work arrangements if you require a weekday appointment. My clients will always receive my undivided attention, therefore I will never respond to any enquiry during an appointment. I'm sure you will appreciate the same level of courtesy and respect.

Please keep in mind that appointments made a minimum of 24 hours in advance are easier to accommodate, and although I will always endeavour to schedule last minute bookings, I am often unavailable.
